PLP ONLY accepts returns on damaged, incorrect items.

All sale items are final sale, they can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Items that are eligible for return for store credit: damaged items OR wrong items delivered. Items eligible for an exchange: items that do not fit can be returned for store credit or exchange only via our Exchange Center.

Customer must ship back item at their own expense. When PLP warehouse receives your item, you will be issued store credit via our automated exchange center. (Link in footer)

Items that are eligible for a full refund: items that arrived damaged. Any item that arrives damaged, torn, stained or in imperfect condition is eligible for a refund to your original payment method via our automated exchange center. (link in footer)

All return processing is handled by our automated exchange center. Please reference your original order number in your account, your confirmation email, or your delivery email for information on how to accessour automated return center. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase if they meet our requirements.

Returns will be processed as a refund either to your payment method or in store credit via our automated return center.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed with original tags attached. Items sent back that don’t meet these requirements will be sent back at the buyers expense.

Refunds are issued through our automated return center using an automated system. Exchanges are also completed through an automated program. You may exchange any item for another item in our store through this system.

Final sale items, discounted items, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.
