PLP ONLY accepts returns on damaged, incorrect items.

All sale items are final sale, they can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Items that are eligible for return for store credit: damaged items OR wrong items delivered. Items eligible for an exchange: items that do not fit can be returned for store credit or exchange only via LOOP.

Customer must ship back item at their own expense. When PLP warehouse receives your item, you will be issued store credit via LOOP.

Items that are eligible for a full refund: items that arrived damaged. Any item that arrives damaged, torn, stained or in imperfect condition is eligible for a refund to your original payment method via LOOP.

All return processing is handled by LOOP. Please reference your original order number in your account, your confirmation email, or your delivery email for information on how to access LOOP. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase if they meet our requirements.

Returns will be processed as a refund either to your payment method or in store credit via LOOP.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed with original tags attached. Items sent back that don’t meet these requirements will be sent back at the buyers expense.

Refunds are issued through LOOP, using an automated system. Exchanges are also completed through LOOP in an automated program. You may exchange any item for another item in our store through LOOP.

Final sale items, discounted items, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.
